Job Description:

· In this position you will focuses on the management of our client’s lab services whereby performance tests are exercised in a simulated radio environment.

· Candidates should have demonstrated experience using BTS simulators, acoustic/HATS testing, faded channel testing, and HSDPA/EVRC data testing.

· In addition, candidates should possess working knowledge of 3GPP and 3GPP2 standards in the areas of RF, voice and data performance.



Qualifications:

· 3-5 years lab test experience in related areas of 3GPP and/or 3GPP2 standardized testing.

· Experience with R&S CMU and SMU, and B&K HATS equipment

· Experience with CMUgo and related test automation methods.

· Bachelor’s degree in Math, Engineering, Physics. MBA Preferred

· Expert user of MS Office based software products and statistical analysis tools.

· Demonstrated ability to manage others.

· Customer communication.

· Documentation skills.

· Ability to create tests from scratch
