Oracle System Analyst 3

The Oracle Systems Analyst is primarily responsible for providing multifunctional support for Oracle financial modules. Qualified candidates will be able to provide process and configuration expertise for Oracle 11i or R12 financial modules and other business systems by implementing, integrating, and supporting business requirements in order to meet company objectives.
Qualified candidates must possess the ability to:
•Design, validate, configure, test and implement solutions to meet business requirements.
•Prepare specifications for the application development team.
•Provide business process and functional expertise and understand integration points.
•Develop business relationships and integrate activities with other departments to ensure successful implementation and support of project
efforts.
•Coordinate with stakeholders with regard to the prioritization of the business requirements.
•Develop, coordinate, and implement plans to test business and functional processes and quality assurance testing. Lead functional acceptance testing of patches and upgrades.
•Train Power Users/Business Support team on new functionality.
•Document business processes and their integration with the ERP system.
Qualified candidates must also be able to identify conflicting business practices and integration issues and be able to present, design and implement alternative solutions; keep abreast of changes to the system and new functionality; network within the user groups to influence development, be educated on new products, and gain understanding of how other customers are implementing solutions within their business.
Summary of Qualifications:
•College degree in Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
•Minimum 5 years of related work experience with Oracle Applications Release 11i.
•Proficiency within the Oracle Financials modules (see list below).
•Expertise with SQL and Oracle Discoverer is a plus.
•Proven customer focused project and process management skills.
•Demonstrated financial, technology, and business analysis expertise.
•Ability to work independently and proactively to develop solutions with minimal guidance.
•Excellent oral and written communications skills.
•Experience with implementations and/or upgrades is preferred.
