Position Description

Since then, it has gone on from strength to strength in this sector, in the domestic Japanese market (where it is one of the leaders), as well as overseas in the USA and Europe, making it one of the very few companies to have a strong presence in all three major regions.

Through its Web and Mobile Content Division our client currently provides Java™ and i-mode™ based mobile phone content to all major carriers in Europe, including Vodafone, Orange, O2, T-Mobile, Telefónica Móviles, Bouygues Telecom, KPN Mobile, ePlus, Cosmote and Wind.


Looking for:


J2ME Porting Developer

Job responsibilities…..

* Porting reference builds into versions compliant with destination handsets.

* Working with majority of Java enabled devices of all major mobile handsets.

* Preparing reference builds.

* Working under extremely tight deadlines.

* Managing any problems, bugs, and fixes that are required for the games.

Skills required…..

* Actual experience of J2ME development and porting of games to mobile.

* Practical knowledge & experience of all J2ME, C++/C, JAVA, WMLScript programming.

* Must have at least two years programming experience.
