NTT DoCoMo filed an injunction against Softbank's latest Toshiba handset, which DoCoMo claims is "extremely similar" to a phone it released from Fujitsu in 2006. Both handsets target older consumers and sport easy-to-read menus and simplified designs. Article [1]
