MoMac today announced it has acquired Messagio SAS, a leading
Paris-based mobile media solutions provider, in order to extend its
European presence and strengthen its technology assets.

Since 2003 Messagio has provided innovative solutions for mobile web,
SMS/MMS and mobile video, to clients such as Eurosport, FIFA, PMU, AFP
(Agence France Presse) and L'Oreal. In 2006, Messagio released
mobispirit.com, a mobile media platform to create mobile websites and

Messagio team will help MoMac to serve French media companies better,
as well as increasing MoMac's mobile operator network". Last week,
MoMac was nominated a Red Herring 100 Europe Finalist for innovative
and successful technology companies. "The Red Herring selection
validates our approach to mobile media solutions," comments Careem.

MoMac's GoMedia mobile publishing platform, currently manages more than
500 mobile Internet sites across Europe, both on and off of operator
decks. GoMedia is an end-to-end mobile media suite, enabling media
companies and brands to create and manage professional mobile internet
