The FCC has provided more details on Verizon Wireless' $28.1 billion acquisition of Alltel, which will create the largest wireless operator in the country. Verizon has to divest from five additional markets in Lyon, Iowa; Muskegon, Manistee and Newaygo, Mich.; and Johnson, Tenn.
