ComScore conducts monthly user surveys. The following list is derived from an April survey of 38,586 U.S. mobile subscribers over the age of 13, and includes devices that have installed user bases of over 100,000. ComScore asked respondents to rank their satisfaction with their device on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the highest.

This countdown, starting at No. 10, ranks the top U.S. handsets in April by satisfaction.
