Christian MVNO FaithFone launched its Banking on You (BOY) mobile banking platform, which features an FDIC-insured mobile banking account with a VISA debit card, 24/7 access to money and account information and SMS alerts whenever the debit card is used for purchases. FaithFone's launch is the latest in a recent spat of mobile banking platform launches that offer similar services: Last week, Amp'd launched its banking services application powered by Obopay [1].
