Aeroflex Holding Corp. Announces Exercise of Over-allotment Option
PLAINVIEW, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Aeroflex Holding Corp. (the "Company") (NYSE: ARX) announced today that the underwriters of its initial public offering have exercised a portion of the over-allotment option to purchase additional shares of the Company's common stock in connection with the Company's initial public offering. The underwriters have purchased an additional 2,539,180 shares of the Company's common stock at the initial public offering price of $13.50 per share, less the applicable underwriting discount.
The Company intends to use the approximately $32.1 million net proceeds from the underwriters' exercise of the over-allotment option to reduce debt and for general corporate purposes.
