Citel completes sale of trading assets to Tortel USA for $2.6 mln

LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Citel Plc. said on Wednesday it has completed the
sale of the assets underlying its trading operations to Tortel USA Llc. for $2.6 loadAd('mpu');million.

The final sum includes an upward adjustment of $300,000 after the finalisation
of inventory amounts.

Citel also said non-executive directors Stewart Davies and John Cunningham
resigned on May 3 on the closing of the transaction.
