Continuous Computing Acquires Embedded Solution Partners
SAN DIEGO and SAN MATEO, CA – August 7, 2008 - Continuous Computing®, global provider of integrated systems and services that enable telecom equipment manufacturers (TEMs) to rapidly deploy Next Generation Networks, today announced that the company has acquired substantially all of the assets of Embedded Solution Partners, a value-added provider of best-in-class embedded software products and services. The acquisition brings to Continuous Computing a team of key personnel with strategic customer and partner relationships, as well as critical communications software and telecom infrastructure integration experience. Jim Ritchie, CEO and co-founder of Embedded Solution Partners, joins Continuous Computing’s executive team as senior vice president of corporate development.
