LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Cybermesh (OTCBB: CYTL.ob) announced today that it has identified the first company it firmly believes is best suited to create a new joint venture with and is now in preliminary negotiations to finalize the new venture.

Cybermesh International has identified the company it firmly believes is best suited to form a new joint venture and create a company that will have significant impact in the online entertainment sector. The company, Ties That Bind Corp, founded by entertainment executive Russell Rieger, is an online entertainment company with access to patented technology that monetizes illegal file sharing in music. The company has plans to move into every entertainment media sector, including movies, television and print.
