Gemstar-TV Guide Signs Patent License Agreement with MobiTV for Mobile Interactive Program Guides

Gemstar-TV Guide International, Inc. (NASDAQ: GMST), a leading media, entertainment and technology company, has signed a patent license agreement with MobiTV, Inc., the leader in mobile and broadband related to interactive program guides (IPGs) for mobile video programming, made available through the MobiTV service, both directly by MobiTV and via MobiTV on behalf of leading mobile and broadband service providers.
