BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Harris Williams & Co. announces that Touchstone Wireless Repair and Logistics, LP (Touchstone), a portfolio company of Striker Partners (Striker), has been acquired by Brightpoint, Inc. (Nasdaq:CELL). Harris Williams & Co. acted as the exclusive advisor to Touchstone. The transaction was led by Jeff Bistrong, Derek Swaim, Sam Hendler, and Priyanka Naithani from the firm’s Technology, Telecom & Digital Media (TTDM) Group in Boston.

Touchstone provides repair, remanufacture, and reverse logistics services for wireless products.
