Inland Cellular Extends Contract with Info Directions
Rural carrier will upgrade to latest version of CostGuard OSS/BSS
VICTOR, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Info Directions, Inc., leading developer of billing, rating, order management, workflow and selling solutions for the telecommunications industry, is pleased to announce that Washington-based Inland Cellular has renewed its contract for five years and will upgrade to the latest version of the company’s CostGuard OSS/BSS.
Inland Cellular is a locally operated rural cellular communications company that provides service over a CDMA network in Southeastern Washington and North Central Idaho. With the implementation of Info Directions’ CostGuard and LexysPOS retail solution in 2008, Inland Cellular was able to combine streamlined point of sale interactions and improved customer care activities. The use of CostGuard’s patent-pending Guided Assignment feature also helped the company reduce order entry errors and direct the company’s retail sales and customer care teams on up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
