Jambo Mobile Announces Multi-Year Strategic Partnership with Lavalife

Jambo Mobile Solutions, a member of the SilverBirch Inc. (TSX-V: SVB) group of companies, announced today that it has signed a two-year agreement with Lavalife Corp. to become its primary text and content fulfillment partner for the Canadian and US markets. "This vaults us into the top tier of mobile text and content provisioning companies in Canada," said Derek van der Plaat, CEO of SilverBirch, "we now have an extensive complement of text and content capabilities that will contribute to strong revenue growth in the next fiscal year. In this two-year contract SilverBirch will build on its game distribution partnership to also include text alerts, IVR and manage and support all mobile text traffic and content acquisition from Lavalife. Revenues will be generated through monthly fees and a percentage of text-chat messaging and content purchases.
