LEXY SIGNS UNIQUE DEAL WITH THE ONION TO BE ITS MOBILE DISTRIBUTION PARTNER FOR ALL AUDIO CONTENT

Posted July 16, 2008

Lexy, a groundbreaking audio content distribution
platform, has signed a deal with the satirical news publication and website The
Onion to be its mobile distribution partner for all audio programming. The partnership
launches with the integration of a Lexy subscription button into the Onion Radio
News (ORN) webpage. This button provides easy access to Lexy, giving fans of
ORN a new and effortless way to listen to the ORN daily broadcast and share it
with their friends, while also providing The Onion with an excellent opportunity
to grow its mobile listenership.

Similar to other distribution buttons (e.g., RSS, iTunes) and like an RSS feed,
Lexy immediately updates each subscriber's playlist with the latest ORN broadcast.
However, unlike traditional RSS readers, Lexy subscribers can access this audio
programming on their mobile phones, not just on their PCs, and share individual
broadcasts with friends - instantly from phone to phone.

With a name that combines the words Lexicon and Sexy, Lexy is both pragmatic
and fun. Founded by Egreetings Network creators, Fred Campbell and Tony Levitan,
Lexy is an innovative audio content distribution solution that fosters consumer
interactions, is device- and carrier-independent, and reaches 100% of the mobile
phone market. Lexy offers subscribers a wealth of audio programming, some culled
from the very best short-form podcasts available online and some created in-house.
Lexy also provides the capability to share and discuss audio content with others,
all with a remarkably simple audio interface.

"We are thrilled to launch Lexy formally with a premier media outlet like The
Onion," said Lexy co-founder Tony Levitan. "Their distinctive brand of humor
and irreverence, as well as their commitment to multi-platform distribution,
makes them an ideal partner for an innovative company like Lexy." Co-founder
Fred Campbell continued "We are excited to support The Onion's loyal audience
by offering a new, straightforward and fun way to enjoy their daily fix of the
Onion Radio News."

"Lexy expands the distribution of Doyle Redland's award-winning radio journalism
onto mobile phones around the globe," said Steve Hannah, CEO, The Onion, "First,
the Onion Radio News conquered the AM Dial. FM, satellite radio and podcasting
followed. Now, we are proud to be involved with Lexy to exploit mobile phones
for profit."

Lexy is accessed through a simple phone call (415-692-4933) and because Lexy
streams over the audio channel of all phones, no application or download gets
in the way of consumers engaging both with content and each other. Any type
of audio content can be distributed to any phone on any wireless network via
Lexy.

After subscribing online and building a personal playlist of QuikcastsTM - the
best short-form news and entertainment podcasts on the internet, curated and/or
created by Lexy - listeners simply call Lexy to automatically hear their customized
and most-updated playlist. Lexy satisfies those moments in a day when a consumer's
eyes are occupied but their ears are not by providing these programs when and
where the listener wants.

With Lexy's patent pending "phone-to-phone audio content sharing" technology,
passing along a favorite QuikcastTM to friends is easy and similar to forwarding
an email message. Encouraging even more interaction, each of these forwards can
be accompanied by an audio message from the sender to either an individual or
group of recipients.

And, because of its truly multi-platform approach, Lexy members can listen to
their playlist, sample new QuikcastsTM, share with others, and much more via lexy.com.

With access to audio information that is both informative and entertaining, as
well as the opportunity to share ideas and opinions within the Lexy community,
it's no wonder that Lexy subscribers make better cocktail party guests.
