Ludwig Announces Agreement with mMax for ODM of TheOne™

POMPANO BEACH, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Ludwig Enterprises, Inc. (Pink Sheets:LUDG) Board of Directors announces an agreement with mMax Communications (PTE. LTD.) for the preproduction, layout, and manufacturing of TheOne™ receiver. The radio device is comprised of an ARM processor running a Linux kernel, a high speed forward channel with a return channel carrying position with other statistical data. The units are capable of software updates, adding features in the field. TheOne™ is a core unit which will be open sourced, for use in other applications. The purchase of first generation TheOne™ devices will be used in the initial test market. Patrick Greenish, President of Ludwig Enterprises, says, "This is a huge step forward for the company."
