mBlox appoints new CEO to drive future growth

mBlox Inc. today announced the appointment of Andrew Dark as its global Chief Executive Officer, bringing expertise that will help build on mBlox's current position of strength. Andrew will take up his position by the end of March 2009 and be responsible for leading mBlox through its next phase of global growth.

A respected industry leader, Andrew has held a number of senior positions, most recently as Chief Executive for London-quoted DataCash Group plc where he successfully grew the company organically and through acquisitions. Andrew will use this experience of running a high-performing global business to lead mBlox's exploitation of the growth and M&A opportunities in the global mobile market.

Andrew takes over from Jeff Clark who is stepping down after four successful years at the helm during which mBlox has become the world's largest mobile transaction network and has grown to connect with more than 500 carriers in 180 countries.

Andrew will focus on expanding mBlox's scale and product range, with increasing flexibility to rapidly introduce new and innovative services even as it grows. He will further drive mBlox's growth through geographical expansion into major new markets. He will ensure that, throughout this next phase of growth, mBlox's excellent, cost-effective service is maintained and enhanced.
