Myxer Launches $5 Million Campaign to Drive Mobile Web Adoption

DEERFIELD BEACH, Fla., Oct. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Myxer, the leader in
ad-supported mobile content, today launched their $5 Million Giveaway
Campaign, offering $5,000 worth of free online advertising to 1,000
independent cell phone stores -- totaling $5 million over the next 12 months.
This is the first in a series of programs Myxer will launch to support
wireless carriers and cell phone retailers to help boost data plan sales,
which are becoming an increasingly important component of mobile industry
revenue.

The online advertising giveaway includes banner creation, banner
placements and more and is targeted towards each cell phone store's specific
geographic area. In exchange, participating retailers promote Myxer in-store
via countertop displays.

"The $5 Million Giveaway Campaign is a win-win situation -- independent
cell phone stores get free online advertising and Myxer extends its brand
reach to 1,000 new retail locations and helps create a larger total available

Stores will be selected on a first-come, first-serve basis until 1,000
stores have joined the program. Given the phenomenal response to the recent
beta rollout, it is expected that all of the allocated campaign dollars will
be claimed by December 1st, 2008.
