The stock market listed net mobile AG (ISIN: DE0008137852, stock exchange symbol:N1M), Germany's leading provider of mobile entertainment services, and Dadango, a leading international mobile content marketing, publishing and distribution company, signed an extensive franchise agreement for the innovative `net-m maxmedia' distribution platform in the US market.
Dadango, based in Sunnyvale, California with international branch offices in China and Taiwan, is one of the most important mobile content aggregators in the US. Furthermore, Dadango is partnering with mobile operators (carriers) and content providers for marketing and distribution around the world.
This agreement with Dadango gives net mobile AG immediate access to important customers of the network operators and media environments across the US. This new partnership has considerable revenue growth potential for net mobile AG.
With the expansion of the franchise business by Dadango in the US market, net mobile AG reaches with a short time - after the already announced partnership with 8 Elements Ltd. from Hong Kong in July 2007- another strategic milestone for its core business and internationalisation strategy.
