Financing to Support Marketing Efforts and Major Thrust Into Leading Bricks and Mortar and Online Retail Outlets

MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- netTALK.COM, INC. (“netTALK”) (OTCBB:NTLK), a publicly-traded Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC) engaged in the sales of products and connectivity network phone service for using Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), today announced that it has obtained additional funding up to $1,500,000. These borrowings are the last stage in a series of funding rounds pursuant to a promissory note agreement.
