Executives Lead Acquisition of Former Harris Unit from Aviat Networks, Inc.
SEBASTIAN, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- NetBoss Technologies, Inc., an established supplier of network management and service assurance solutions to network operators around the world, today announced their incorporation as an independent, privately held company headquartered in Sebastian, FL. Former and current NetBoss executives, supported by Eureka Growth Capital, recently acquired the unit from Aviat Networks, formerly known as Harris Stratex.
Previously operating inside Harris, Harris Stratex and then Aviat Networks, the NetBoss business unit has addressed the network management and service assurance market for 15 years, with over 200 installations deployed across 60 countries around the world. The company works with world class product, integration and marketing partners to compete for large, complex projects and to maintain broad international market coverage.
Jim Odom, NetBoss Technologies President and Chief Executive Officer, was instrumental in the initial launch of NetBoss as a business unit at Harris Corporation before leaving to become the CEO of Martin Group.
