NetSpend Corporation, one of the leading providers of prepaid solutions in the United States, and ACE Cash Express, Inc., a leading retailer of financial services, have announced that cardholders now have the ability to donate to the March of Dimes through their online account center at NetSpend.com or via text message through their mobile devices.

With a simple command on their mobile phones, NetSpend cardholders can help the March of Dimes achieve their mission of improving the health of babies by preventing birth defects, premature birth and infant mortality.

"This new mobile donation functionality is further evidence of NetSpend's commitment to our communities," said Dan Henry, CEO at NetSpend. "We've long been a champion of providing products and services to the underserved. By empowering our cardholders to donate easily to the March of Dimes, we continue that mission."

"ACE is proud to partner with NetSpend to provide this opportunity for giving to our customers," said ACE Cash Express CEO Jay Shipowitz. "We are committed to giving back to the communities where we do business and though our Community Fund we are honored to support a worthy organization like the March of Dimes. These programs complement ACE's 'Give A Little' fundraising campaign currently in all ACE stores nationwide. We hope our customers will take this opportunity to make a donation in support of healthy babies."

The mobile donation functionality follows the March 2008 launch of the March of Dimes prepaid card at all ACE Cash Express stores. This new March of Dimes card is sold exclusively at ACE Cash Express and is the only prepaid reloadable debit card that automatically donates a portion of every dollar spent using the card to the March of Dimes. To date, ACE has donated more than $18,000 to the March of Dimes through this special card program.
