NFL Draft Mobilized by Quattro Wireless

Quattro
Wireless officially launched the mobile version of the NFL Draft site today in
preparation for the NFL Draft beginning 3 p.m. on Saturday, April 26.The site
will update real-time as the college players are drafted to NFL teams beginning
on Saturday. The site is very in-depth and handles complex logic to ensure that
all player, team, and draft pages update real-time with the draft.

 

“The
NFL is trying to continue to give their fans more coverage wherever their fans
may be,” Lars Albright, VP of Business Development for Quattro said.“One
of the things they’ve found is incredible fan interest in the
draft,” he said. “The NFL sees anywhere from three to four times
the interest and the NFL found that the draft is turning into something of an
event ... It’s becoming a marketable event.”
