Oberon Media, the world's leading multi-platform
casual games company, today unveiled a new brand identity that communicates the
scope of the company's newly integrated publishing
division. The consolidation around the new I-play brand affords developers,
licensors, and content partners looking to introduce or expand their
intellectual property, access to a single, multi-platform publishing
powerhouse.

'By unifying our various publishing efforts under
the I-play brand, we now have the ability to publish content across three
mass-market consumer platforms, and do so in a powerfully integrated manner
that will revolutionize how games are developed and distributed in the casual
games sector,' said Don Ryan, Senior Vice President of
Publishing for Oberon Media, who will run the new unified publishing operation.

With the recent acquisitions of I-play, the independent leader in casual
mobile games, and PixelPlay, the world's leading
creator and distributor of games and entertainment in the interactive TV
market, Oberon has undergone a strategic transformation that now has it
positioned as the world's first company to deliver
integrated casual games solutions across all 'three
screens:' online, mobile and TV.

General Manager of Slingo, Eric
Lamendola stated, 'We pride ourselves on choosing only
the best partners for our Slingo brands and value the opportunity to leverage
I-play's industry leading cross platform expertise to
distribute Slingo games across mobile, the Internet and television.'

Adds renowned author, James Patterson, who is partnering with I-play on his
first-ever PC game for the mass-market, Women's
Murder Club: Death in Scarlet
: 'Outside of their
clear dominance in the casual games arena, one of the things that really
impressed us about I-play was their vision of a multi-platform approach to
content, and it became very apparent that no one has the reach, vision, or
expertise of the new I-play.'

A key component of the brand identity campaign is the unveiling of the new
consumer web site, www.iplay.com.
Launching now in the U.S.,
with a European counterpart soon to follow, the site serves as a showcase for
I-play's own casual game and mobile content. The site
highlights I-play's highly successful original games
such as, Dream Day Wedding, Turbo Pizza, ER Rush, My
Dog
and coming soon, I-play Bowling, an innovative new mobile game
that was tabbed by leading online game site, IGN, as
having 'the potential to be one 2008's
biggest games ' I-play Bowling could be one of
the events that truly advances the ball this year.'

Also featured on the new iplay.com site are highly anticipated,
licensed properties such as James Patterson's Women's Murder Club: Death in Scarlet, Deal or No Deal and
the #1 global mobile racing franchise, The Fast and the Furious series.
