AdMob Now Serving Over 1 Billion Mobile Advertisements Per Month

Mobile advertising marketplace sees acceleration - one billion targeted ads served in July alone

SAN MATEO, Calif. - Aug. 8th, 2007 - AdMob, the world's largest mobile advertising marketplace, announced today that it has served more than five billion targeted ads since its launch in December 2006.

The AdMob Marketplace has grown with the addition of new mobile web sites and new advertisers and the organic growth in usage of the mobile internet. This was demonstrated as AdMob served over one billion ads in July alone.

AdMob is the leader at providing a critical monetization model for mobile Web sites, AdMob serves targeted banners and text advertisements for mobile Web sites using mobile specific parameters, as well as contextual and demographic information. The AdMob Marketplace features more than 2,000 mobile Web sites and hundreds of brand and direct response advertisers. AdMob serves advertisements
that are viewed by users in over 160 countries every day.

The top Markets (by ads served) are the United States (45% of all impressions), South Africa, United Kingdom, India, Germany, Australia, and Israel.

To mark the occasion, AdMob released some information about the 5 Billionth ad served - The ad was served on August 1, for Electronic Arts' "NCAA Football." The advertisement was seen on AdMob publisher 'CBS Sportsline' by an AT&T subscriber using a Motorola RAZR v3.
