Visto and SEVEN Announce Litigation Settlement
SEVEN Purchases License to Visto Patent Portfolio
REDWOOD CITY, Calif. -- Visto Corporation and SEVEN Networks today announced that the two companies have entered into a settlement, which ends a three-year patent dispute between the parties.
As part of the agreement, SEVEN has acknowledged the validity and enforceability of Visto’s patent portfolio and has agreed to licensing terms including monetary and non-monetary considerations. Both companies will dismiss all pending legal claims in all jurisdictions.
