Scicom Americas Selects Sipera Solution to Secure Distributed Call Centers For Fortune 500 and Other Large Enterprises

- Routing of calls to distributed call centers provides low-cost, highly flexible and efficient outsourced call center services.
The added security assists Scicom clients with adhering to specialized security requirements, such as PCI DSS (credit cards), HIPAA (healthcare privacy), GLBA (consumer data protection), FERPA (student record privacy) and others.
