Members Can Instantly Share Their Activity and Savings With Friends

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Today at f8, Facebook’s developer conference, ScoreBig (www.scorebig.com), a new members-only site offering guaranteed savings of 10-60 percent and no fees on tickets for live events, announced a new integration with Facebook that makes it easier for people to discover new live events online with friends. Once launched, ScoreBig members will be able to share custom actions on ScoreBig with their friends on Facebook that go beyond “liking.” With the ScoreBig integration, friends let other friends know when they are making offers on events at ScoreBig.com, as well as how much money they saved on their purchases.

“Through this integration with Facebook, ScoreBig members can interact with friends like never before; helping them discover new events, let them know which events they are planning to attend and share how much they saved,” said Adam Kanner, CEO. “Live events are naturally social occasions that are best enjoyed with friends, and through these new tools friends will be able to discover and save on great live events that they otherwise might not attend.”

New ScoreBig members who connect to Facebook will be able to start sharing with friends once the integration launches. Once a user grants permission, activity on ScoreBig will appear on Facebook through Ticker, the News Feed and on the profile. People will be able to control how their activity is shared, and will have the option to turn the app on and off, as well as turn off the individual activities that they do not want to share.

Through Facebook Platform, people can share the experience of finding and saving on great live events with their friends, making their online experience more personal and relevant.
