RFMD, Skyworks and Freescale Report Decreasing Quarterly Revenue Growth
BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- After a strong rebound in the first part of 2010, Strategy Analytics finds revenue growth in the microelectronics segment of the compound semiconductor industry flattened in the final quarter.
