Telanetix's AccessLine Division Launches Comprehensive SMB VoIP Solution

- New Product, Digital Phone Service, Eases Transition to VoIP -

SAN DIEGO, March 18 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Telanetix Inc. (OTC BB: TNXI), a leading IP solutions provider offering telepresence and VoIP services to the SMB and SME markets, today launched a complete VoIP solution aimed at simplifying the process for SMB's switching to VoIP-based phone systems. The product, called Digital Phone Service, offers small businesses a turnkey approach to upgrading to VoIP, including all of the hardware and software necessary to utilize the benefits of making the transition. Additionally, the new product eliminates the typical downtime associated with switching to an IP platform.

Digital Phone Service is targeted specifically at businesses of 2 to 5 employees, which do not necessarily have an IT manager. This segment accounts for 70% of the more than 6 million SMB's in the United States.
