ZEEMOTE APPOINTS ERNIE CORMIER AS CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER AND PRESIDENT

selected to serve as the company CEO and President.
Formerly the Chief Commercial Officer and Managing Director of Group Strategy and Corporate
Development with Virgin Media, Ernie has been tapped to drive strategy and oversee Zeemote's
growth. Following a groundbreaking year in 2008 in which Zeemote formed major partnerships
with global handset manufacturers, mobile operators and game developers and publishers, Ernie
will ensure that Zeemote continues its successful momentum. Ernie's appointment allows cofounder
Beth Marcus to focus on Zeemote's IP strategy and development as CTO and Co-
Founder.
With over 25 years experience as an innovator and executive in the telecom and technology
industries, Ernie's history of leadership is extensive. At Virgin Media, he led the company's
consumer division with $6.5 billion in revenue, 6,000 employees, and 9.5 million customers.
During Ernie's tenure at Virgin Media, the company went through the challenging integration of
three companies; a significant turnaround in performance, customer satisfaction, and strategy;
and one of the largest rebrands in UK history. Prior to Virgin Media, Ernie served as Vice
President of Product Management at Nextel Communications, Inc., focusing on data applications
across all channels, convergence strategy, M2M solutions, delivery platforms and emerging
opportunities. His duties included development and marketing of product and service offerings,
go-to-market planning and execution, channel and partner development, and related
management functions. Additionally, Ernie has held executive-level roles at TradeOut and
Lagardere Group, and founded several software and game development companies during his
illustrious career.

Zeemote is also expanding the management team with two key hires in Finance & Operations
and Marketing. Karen Cambray joins Zeemote in the role of CFO and Vice President of
Operations. Bringing more than 20 years of technology, mobile and finance experience to the
company, Karen is responsible for directing Zeemote's financial strategy, plans and operating
policies. Before joining Zeemote, Karen served at Groove Mobile and Be Free where she oversaw
financial operations, human resource, legal and administrative functions.
Hired to develop the Zeemote brand and marketing programs and to position the company
amongst consumer and industry constituents, Glenn Kiladis takes the reins as Vice President of
Global Marketing. Glenn's comprehensive marketing and brand building knowledge in the wireless
industry will be instrumental in strategically increasing the company's visibility and extending
product offerings. Previously, he held marketing leadership roles at Digit Wireless, Logica Mobile
and CMGI's Myway.com.
