In a tentative decision, an administrative law judge ruled that Nokia's GSM/GPRS/EDGE handsets do not infringe on three of Qualcomm's patents. The case is just one [1] of 11 ongoing disputes between Qualcomm and the handset maker after licensing talks between the companies broke off earlier this year. The ITC [2] is set to make a final determination by April 14, 2008. Qualcomm said the tentative decision is not concerning the most important of the disputed technology licenses: the ones for WCDMA.
