Sprint Nextel can't seem to get any breaks lately. The company lost a patent lawsuit filed by Enovsys LLC over location-based technology. Enovsys' two patents relate to a privacy system used to protect and manage the disclosure of the precise location of a user's mobile device. Enovsys had charged that Sprint's wireless networks use those patents in managing location-based services.
