According to a new survey from In-Stat, two-thirds of mobile phone subscribers are not ready for mobile video services, a figure that is nearly unchanged from last year's survey. The survey found that the most desirable customers -- long-term loyal subscribers who are satisfied with their service and unlikely to churn -- are the least interested in mobile video.
