Backhaul bottleneck reason for Xohm's woes?

Backhaul constraints may be the reason that Sprint's Xohm network will not commercially launch this month. Without adequate bandwidth to the WiMAX cell sites, the operator will not be able to support the high speed service that it has promised to consumers. According to Light Reading, Sprint has been trying to move away from T1 lines for some time.

Speaking at the FierceMarkets Path to 4G conference Wednesday, Xohm CTO Barry West said that the service wasn't live but wouldn't provide guidance as to when it will commercially launch.
