Boingo Wireless buys Sprint's Airport WiFi

Sky Dayton's Boingo Wireless has acquired seven airport WiFi networks from Sprint Nextel for an undisclosed sum. As part of the deal Sprint WiFi users will retain access to the hotspots while gaining access to 16 additional airport WiFi networks that Boingo operates. The companies have also entered into a roaming deal as part of the acquisition that will allow Sprint users to access Boingo's global hotspot network.
