Boingo's CEO explains how CCA's Wi-Fi offloading is different from what AT&T, Verizon offer

Meantime, AT&T Mobility (NYSE:T) offers its customers access to AT&T's own Wi-Fi network, which it acquired through the purchase of Wayport. Now, the members of the Competitive Carriers Association can also offer Wi-Fi offloading through a newly inked deal between CCA and Wi-Fi aggregator Boingo Wireless.
