C&L: Motorola's new CMO

Motorola announced today that Kenneth "Casey" Keller has been appointed executive vice president and chief marketing officer, effective October 23, 2006. Keller will be responsible for the company's worldwide marketing efforts and will report directly to Ed Zander, Motorola's chairman and CEO. Keller comes to Motorola after serving as the chairman and CEO of Heinz Italy, a subsidiary of the condiment company. Prior to Heinz, Keller worked for Procter & Gamble and built the Pringles brand, among others. From ketchup and Pringles to clamshells and candybars.
