China Mobile in talks for iPhone deal

At the GSMA Mobile Asia Congress in Macau, China Mobile CEO Wang Jianzhou told reporters that his company was in talks with Apple for an exclusive iPhone deal in China. Jianzhou said the two companies have yet to come to an agreement over revenue sharing, however, which has reportedly been a deal-breaker for some carriers. Apple reportedly demands a percentage of the service revenue that carriers receive from iPhone users--not just a cut of the handset sales.
