Compete: iPhone users are game-crazy

Apple's (NASDAQ:AAPL) App Store is filled with games, and iPhone users love to play them, according to a new survey from research firm Compete. In its first quarter 2010 Smartphone Intelligence survey, Compete found 51 percent of iPhone users have downloaded five or more games. In contrast (and a sign of how much more geared toward consumers the iPhone is than other platforms), 46 percent of Research In Motion (NASDAQ:RIMM) BlackBerry users have no games at all on their devices. Additionally, iPhone users are not just buying games, they are actually playing them--37 percent play games at least daily. Article
