CTIA announced the 2009 keynote speaker lineup for its April show in Las Vegas. Former Vice President Al gore is the top headline speaker, but he will also be joined by some wireless industry heavyweights. T-Mobile USA CEO Robert Dotson, Robert Bach, president of Microsoft's entertainment and devices division, Mike Lazaridis, Research In Motion's co-CEO and Clearwire CEO Ben Wolff will also be keynote speakers at the event, which is from April 1-3. Why Al Gore? How rediculous! I saw him at the Western Cable Show years ago -- he added NO value to our industry.
