Delta Airlines, in partnership with the Transportation Safety Administration, is testing a paperless mobile check-in at New York's LaGuardia Airport. Passengers with Internet-enabled phones can download an electronic boarding pass directly to their handsets and check in for their flight at any time and any location within 24 hours of their departure.
