Disney is expected to take the wraps off of its long-awaited MVNO service today. The company plans to introduce mobile-phone service that will allow parents to set limits on their children's' use and track them via GPS. Parents can determine what hours and days of the week children can use phones, blocking school hours, for instance, and what numbers they can dial. They will also be able to set spending limits on their phone bills. Doesn't sound like a very fun service for kids!
