In yesterday's issue I should have included Verizon's response to the claim that their latest Motorola Q TV ad spot was showing video streamed over their network, which would be a violation of their Terms of Service. Verizon sent me a note, which included the response they also had sent to the original blogger, indicating the ad spot showed the Q's ability to playback video stored on the device through Windows Media Player. I regret not including Verizon's side of the story. - Brian
