European operators embrace Wi-Fi offloading with a hint of caution

European operators are embracing Wi-Fi offloading, but their enthusiasm comes mixed with a bit of caution. Just as in the United States, operators and vendors alike readily admit the benefits of Wi-Fi offloading as a way to relieve congested cellular networks, but they also argue that the tool is not a panacea and still has technical limitations.
