FiberTower offering 39 GHz spectrum

Spectrum Bridge, the online spectrum exchange company, said that FiberTower put its 39 GHz spectrum holdings of nationwide area millimeter-wave spectrum up for brokerage. The spectrum is being touted as an ideal way to expand broadband and comes just as the federal government is preparing to issue $7.2 billion in loans to bring broadband to underserved areas.
