Helio closes all but one retail store

Not surprisingly, all but one of Helio's five retail stores have closed following Virgin Mobile's declared intention to purchase the company. The New York store is the only location open, while stores in California and Denver have closed. Virgin should close the deal on Helio in the third quarter. More big changes will likely happen as Helio is contractually required to reduce its costs by some 70 percent before the deal with Virgin can go through. Article
