Sue Nokes the VP of T-Mobile should go back to running customer service instead of heading up distribution and new customer acquisition before she screws things up more and ruins a company with her hairbrain ideas. They are puttingt heads in place that know nothing about wireless and are changing their distribution to big box stores and have neglected what made them come a long way from there beginning which was the small independent stores which are being squeezed out. All the adbertising in the world doesn't amount to much the sale is made in the store.
